« For a new hotel we had no hot water. Room was nice Breakfast was poor. The hostess seemed annoyed when asked about simple things like can we have some milk. Or can you get the pancake maker working. We usually have breads or muffins but not here. Although she seemed happy about getting food for herself to eat. When I or others asked the front desk person to help we thought she was talking to us but she was on her phone talking through her airpods She was on her phone all the time. Check in...
