"Property was bigger and better than we imagined! It was laid out so nicely with open kitchen, dining and living which also flowed right into pool area. Pool is small but fire table and lights make it cozy for evening dips. Lots of games and books. Kitchen was well stocked and we made many meals. Bedrooms are spacious and each has a full bath. "The house was nice. Property manager Kelly was phenomenal! 5 bedrooms was nice to spread out the kids. Pool was nice but the fountain part was broken. Kitchen could use more cooking supplies ( like bigger pots, blender, mixer, wine opener, cheese grater etc as we had to go buy our own). Great neighborhood. "

"It’s exactly as listing states. Only bad thing is, there isn’t much cell service once inside the house, so you’ll need to get on their WiFi asap, even for a quick call or text to someone. "

We had a very small issue with smoke detectors when we arrived and Steve responded to my message right away, even though it was a little late."

"We had a great time in Astor FL visiting both Alexander Springs and DeLeon Springs State Park. This was the perfect location as both parks were located within about 15 minutes of the property. We had dinner at Castaways Restaurant - food was good, friendly crowd and live music! We did some shopping at Barberville Yard Art Emporium in Pierson, just down the road. Host was very friendly and communicated timely and answered all our questions. "
