"The service was terrible. We booked a room online that said SLEPT 4…. It was a queen sized bed, in a room with barely any walking room around the bed. Literally 2 people would have been squished, so we had to upgrade (since we had 2 children with us). Online it said that there were TWO restaurants on site (one was closed and they didn’t mention that).. online it also said they had childcare (they didnt) We were told free parking - it was 30 euro. No one spoke English. So frustrating....

Lichtverhältnisse über dem Essenstisch könnten z.B. durch eine Stehlampe verbessert werden und die Couch unten könnte ein paar Kissen vertragen. Kleinigkeiten, die das gute Bild abrunden würden ;) "

"Boutique Hotel Corso is absolutely the place to be in Karlovy Vary, ideally situated in the promenade area, with close proximity to many of KV’s top attractions and restaurants. From the moment you walk in, you are captivated by the atmospheric ambiance, the modern and exquisite style, and the unparalleled comfort of the rooms. The breakfast is among the best we have had recently, rivaling even that of five-star hotels. The Spa center deserves special mention; it is so exceptional that we found ourselves spending more time there than initially planned. The staff, from the cleaning crew and kitchen personnel to the reception desk team, all deserve high praise. Their friendliness, competence, and willingness to assist at any hour of the day truly astounded us.
