Yes!... While the company is claiming to be "low-costs", everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is for a fee. From the checked bags (20Kg vs 23Kg, for $96 EACH WAY!!), to on-board entertainment, drinks (even water), food, and pretty much everything outside of the seat and the belt is for a charge. My bad surprise was that upon checking in for my return trip for myself and my 2 15+ teens, I realized that the baggage fee I had paid for 2 pieces was for ONE-WAY ONLY!!! So I had to dish out another $200 to bring my 2x 20Kg pieces of luggage back to Canada. All in all, it actually would have cost me less by flying Air Canada and I would have had free basic drinks.... Oh and the flight was through Iceland... vs a direct flight with AC... So while they're nice and all, this is FAR from being what I consider "low-cost". Not happy with that.
