If you’ve booked the hotel try to get there early so you can access the pool and three free hours at the saunas during the night of your stay. Bring your hotel towels down for the pool but for the saunas grab a sheet. They do allow kids with adult supervision in the saunas but know that swimsuits/trunks are prohibited. There’s a few restaurants around the hotel along with a park right across the street. Definitely try out all the free thermal drinking fountains and just relax. Wellnessbereich teilweise nicht zugänglich, hoteleigene Disko zeitweise geschlossen obwohl eigentlich damit geworben wird. Auf Nachfrage wird keine qualifizierte Antwort gegeben, Hotelpersonal wirkt oft überfordert, Zimmerausstattung renovierungsbedürftig. Der Stadtblick aus einen der höheren Etagen ist fantastisch. Beim Frühstück vermisse ich Brot oder Brötchen für Gluten Allergiker. Der Zugang zum Thermalbad ist auf jeden Fall als plus Punkt erwähnenswert. Die Lage vom Hotel ist für Spaziergänge im Zentrum von Karlsbad ideal.
