"The facilities were great, cleanliness perfect, reception and restaurant staff weren’t as good. Reception staff is expected a smile and explain necessary information about hotel when check in, but we didn’t receive any and when asked , were responded unwillingly. Restaurant staff kept taking away plates when we were eating and as soon as they were empty from the table as if they wanted us to leave quickly."

"Hotel has cenral location and it is very easy to reach old towm by walk. We had early flight to Bratislava and came to hotel only to leave our luggage, but receptionist let us to check in and we get our rooms at 10a.m. It was very pleasure and we really appreciate that. Rooms were spacy and comfortable. We also liked breakfast with a lot of choices of warm and cold food. One morning it was even served Bratislavas bagel with walnuts and poppy filling and these bagels were very tasty. We enjoyed...

"The hotel is in a very good location, close to the metro, and the U1 line takes you directly to the city center in a short time. Thanks to the staff for welcoming us, we asked for rooms with a courtyard view, our stay was quiet and peaceful. The only concern was that the room had wall lamps by the bed, which unfortunately did not work, so it was only possible to use the light from the ceiling lamp in the evenings.
