"Do not stay here if there’s no other hotel available change your plans. This hotel is not only disgustingly dirty but there’s absolutely no parking and it’s an across the street from a homeless campsite. The sheets and comforter had dried blood and poop when we asked to change it, it took forever and when we got aD not stay here if there’s no other hotel available change your plans. The sheets and comforter had dried blood and poop when we asked to change it the new comforterwas just as dirty. We came back at 9:30 at night and there was absolutely no parking. How do you not have enough parking for each guest at the hotel we had to park across the street. We had to put a permit thing on there so car wouldn’t get towed, but where we parked was a bunch of homeless people and not in the best area very dirty very disgusting"

"The room was ok and decent sized. Unfortunately there were ants in our room from crumbs that were left over and we reported this twice and there were still ants and crumbs. The halls were also quite echo-y and it was a bit loud at times. The last day we had to fight a flying bug. We are glad the tv at least had streaming services but we wish the ants were under control."

"My family and I have stayed at this hotel at least twice a year for the past five years, and until now, we’ve never had any major issues. Unfortunately, this visit was a completely different experience. When we arrived, the front desk employee appeared to be watching videos on their phone and didn’t acknowledge us until I asked for assistance. Once we got to our room, it looked as though it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The toilet seat was broken and barely attached to the toilet, and there was a strong unpleasant odor throughout our stay. At the end of our visit, while packing up our belongings, we discovered empty pill bottles underneath a chair, which appeared to be the source of the smell. This raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and inspection of the room before guests arrive. I attempted to speak with management several times during our stay, but each time I was told the owner was unavailable because they were dealing with the police. The hotel advertises an on-site restaurant and fitness center, but both were closed for the entire duration of our stay. These amenities were part of the reason we chose this hotel, so it was disappointing to find them unavailable. After years of positive experiences, this stay was extremely disappointing. Between the poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, broken fixtures, and unavailable amenities, this will unfortunately be our last stay at this hotel."
