We loved everything at La Scaletta! The best thing is the Sky Bar and roof top restaurant! Wide variety of excellent food and drinks, super conveniently located at a few steps away from Ponte Vecchio.

A 10 minute walk from Florence main train station. And it is close to a lot of good restaurants. The place is well maintained and the smell of their hotel is so good. The breakfast is really good. Dont miss the mini pistachio croissant. The staff was very helpful and friendly. From calling us a taxi service, to actually getting a map to show us what and where to go around the city, it just feels like an old school warm and sincere hospitality which is very rare this days, specially from a hotel service.

"I was only there for one night and leaving early for the airport. I liked that the actual room was very clean and comfortable. Its an older hotel and the surrounding area is too busy and the buildings very close to each other. But, it served its purpose. The staff was very nice, helpful and professional. ..."
