"In our room, there is nothing plugged in. It was all in a bit of disarray. The pool was good except the next morning they turned off the waterslides."

"The pool and spa were over chlorinated. Most of the jets didn't work. I had escargot gratinee at the restaurant. It was terrible. Oily and the cheese was extremely low quality. I mentioned it to the waitress but nothing was done to remedy the situation. The main course was shrimp and two were not fresh and the rest were severely overcooked. For 100$, i was expecting a 5 star meal."
