« This was the worst stay of my life. There was dried blood under the pillow case, hairs in the bed, holes in the comforter, holes in the walls, and weird green stains on the baseboards. Upon realizing all of these things, I immediately returned the keys through the check in window and called Expedia after seeing there was no one at the check in to assist me. « Our stay at Sierra House was great. We were visiting over the July 4th holiday and stayed in their new buildings. The forest view was stunning from the top floor and the rooms were brand new, clean and very tastefully decorated. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment, and has a great spa on the property with a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Allie, the front desk staff was also really great!
