"We had really great service with all the staff we interacted with—the luggage people, the registrar, the cleaning staff etc. The hotel is so well located, clean, and quiet. Good size rooms too! The only thing that would have made our stay a little better would be a microwave in the room, but that is very minor. Otherwise, highly recommend this hotel!!"

"This Hilton is a great location for where I go in SF. Some great view rooms at no premium. Clean and well maintained. Front desk staff was helpful and had a good parking policy for last day departure. The restaurant is ultra generic, unfortunately. I suppose they can't really compete with what is around them, but they used to have a unique asian breakfast buffet, but maybe that was a long time ago."

"Great experience staying there! Very convenient location. Train station, bus station, and California route cable car turnabout are right outside of the hotel. Ferry Building is right across the street. Great bay view room. Hotel lobby is splendid. I really enjoyed staying there."
