"Loved the location on the marina and proximity to downtown Berkeley and the city. Staff was friendly and accommodating when I wanted to change my room (it's a sprawling property and I was originally placed in a back building that felt removed and older). After switching rooms the whole experience felt much better! While the main building is well maintained admittedly much of the property felt like it was in need of paint and a little sprucing up. Hopefully that's in the works!"

"The hotel was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and helpful during our entire stay. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to our room from the manager Jerome. We will definitely stay at the hotel on our next trip to SFO!"

"Enjoyed the complementary wine in the evening. Staff was always cleaning everything. Desk staff came up quickly to show us how to use AC. It’s from Wall thermostat, not the window unit as is typical. Good variety for breakfast, so even being GF, I had sausage, eggs, potatoes, fruit. Love the aesthetic here. Plenty to do close by with a car or Lyft. Great stay overall."
