Amazing great customer service would stay again

Floor in the room had not been cleaned had a stain from some orange substance. Tub, shower wall was filthy outer film for the tub and walls was gone making it look like hard water stains. Tub faucet was not secure to the wall it had a 1/2 inch gap. Sink was severely water stained from calcium. Clear cup left under the bed from room not being cleaned. Halls leading to the rooms near the cove base had lint build up a dead roach. bathtub had visible shoes marks. Hair left on the shower walls from not being cleaned. No manager on site to talk to or get a refund. Talked with the on site reception she didn't know the corporate phone number for LaQuinta. She said "google it". I called Expedia Customer support they contacted the property and still no manager on site "he was on the phone with other customers". When manager was contacted the refund was denied to Expedia. I contacted the La Quinta customer service and they as well just reached out to the property and could no give a refund. The La Quinta Inn & Suites Midtown Albuquerque NM on 2011 Menaul Blvd Ne is "independently owned and operated by a franchise". I would not recommend staying at this location. Unfriendly staff not willing to help, poor housekeeping, no manager on site for and formal complaints.

Really enjoyed our comfortable room.
