"Pool had to be closed someone pooped in the pool just as we wanted to use"

"Check in and check out staff were very polite, professional and friendly! The room was clean, comfortable but the Hair Dryer that was in the room did not work so my wife couldn't dry her hair. That was our only complaint. "

"The room isn't cleaned very much, you can tell they rush through it or take short cuts. Found hooped earrings in the coaxial of both TV. There was some loafers that were left from the previous person who stayed at the room. There was dryed and washed sheets that had some blood stains on it. Bugs crawling in the restroom. Pee stains in the pull out bed in the living room. Will not be spending the any more time in that place."

"Room was so nice! Staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly and helpful! Only thing we struggled with is the breakfast area it was so busy we couldn’t experience the fresh made omelets or pancakes. It would be helpful if they kept some on the hot bar too!"
