Yes, everyone was nice and helpful. It is hard to get into the parking lot. The room was clean but the shower had hair left in it. It was a good place to stay.

Clean as soon as you walked in front door, staff was friendly, rooms were clean and it had a nice little bar and grill so we didn’t have to get out after a long day on the road. Would stay again if I’m back in the area.

The hotel overall was great. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We did have an incident going to our hotel room from the bar. Two men followed us and made my husband and I uncomfortable. Like it felt like I was going to get robbed or human trafficked. So, there needs to be more security at night.

The initial greeting was less than hospitable. Got in a lil early around 2:30pm and I understand there is a check in time but lit could’ve been warmer. When I did check (later) different person, very hospitable! One elevator was broken the other one sounded like it was heading there. The room was good. Clean, comfortable and set with amenities.

One of the best hotels that we have ever stayed at in Albuquerque. There is a bar and grill and the pool was fun and they had a life guard and a slide

Good location & clean rooms. I booked on Expedia and paid a deposit for one night, then opted in to pay the remaining balance at the property. Upon checkin, the staff member tells me they didn’t receive any type of payment, they don’t do partial payment, and I had to pay for the room in full again. I showed bank statements and receipts, and no one could explain. I went back and forth with Expedia, confirmed I made a payment and would be refunded. Expedia said they had confirmation from the property to refund me - great! Roughly 5 days later I followed up and was told there is no payment reflected, therefore I will not receive a refund from the property. Went back and forth over a week and lost over $100. Not sure if this is a scam they work up, but be cautious of booking with this property on a third party site. I was advised to dispute this with my bank, instead of just being reimbursed.
