"Loved having pancakes for breakfast instead of usual hotel waffles. Didn’t like that staff walked on top of me during breakfast and I asked for housekeeping and was given the things to do it myself… then I had to comeback and ask her where the dirty things and trash go and she was annoyed."

The property was in good condition and the room was very pleasant, but this unethical fee above and beyond what should be the full price paid to Expedia leaves the guest feeling taken advantage of."

"Well maintained for an older hotel. Shortage of staff on the Tuesday night we were there so the lounge and access to food was closed so a little disappointing. Mattress was lumpy. Breakfast buffet choices were excellent with a large dining area."

"I wanted to give this hotel a chance after the poor reviews that I read. First impresssions at the front office were not promising. I did like that the outside door required a key card to enter the building. I did notice the dirty rugs in the hallway. Our room wasn’t cleaned throughly. I found chip pieces on the carpet and there were a couple of hairs in the tub. I did like the toiletries that were provided. Again I wanted to like the hotel because I can tell the owner is working on renovations but it wasn’t enough to recommend the hotel."

"The room was Ok but not fantastic…there were dirty hand prints on the front door and and bathroom door…dirt on the lamp shades, dirt on the wall by the bed. My real issue is with the mini fridge…you can tell that fridge had been leaking for some time and nothing had been done…the cabinet was coming apart from the water damage. I can only imagine what kind of mold was under there. I was also very disappointed with the casino, nothing about gambling there was fun…I lost with literally every spin. I won’t be coming back here again."
