"Beautiful clean, modern little space! We loved it!!"

"I think the communication with this property and Sam was really really good! They gave us all the information we needed in clear and concise instructions. We were able to access the property with no problem and enjoyed our stay. The property is located near a lot of things so getting to grocery stores to fill the refrigerator and sightseeing Etc was a breeze. Few minor things like the dish soap was relatively watery so it was hard to wash dishes or you had to use more in order to wash dishes....

"The location was fabulous so close to the beach, which meant that we had a simple three minute walk to the amazing oceanfront and we enjoyed swimming in the ocean each morning and each evening. That was refreshing exercise and sheer bliss! We liked the outside table where we enjoyed breakfast and some meals. "I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in an ocean front view room. Pros: -location -views -cleanliness -has netflix (living room area only) -basic kitchen tools for cooking/eating. -rooftop patio (very nice to hang out, watch the sunset and do bbq). Cons: -no A/C, so summer time you might not enjoy it. Although it has a ceiling fan in the bedroom, mine was a little noisy. -not soundproof, you can hear footsteps from the suite above and the noise outside the building. -if you like hot showers like...

"I did not like that they waited until the last minute to let you know how to get into the property. I don't give personal information away via text. A conversation with an actual person would have been nice. Telling you that they will text you and that information is needed."

This place has everything you can think of to eat every morning and the coffee was always flowing. Monday through Thursday there is a social hour from 5-7 with free appetizers wine and beer. "I would not recommend this property. The apartment would fill with the smell of marijuana smoke several times a day (from a nearby tenant). Also the listing on Expedia indicates 2 bathrooms but there is only 1 bathroom. The morning of our checkout I got a call and a text at 6:45am asking what time we would be leaving so they could arrange for the cleaning crew. We definitely did not appreciate the timing of this call while traveling. I told them we would leave at 11, which was our check out...

You have a parking garage entrance only on one side and garage spans under both buildings and street that separates the buildings. "This is a cozy, private space in a quiet residential neighborhood. Three adults slept comfortably, but probably more ideal for two. Rooftop deck, hot tub, and outdoor seating to relax or entertain. "We have been using vrbo for years and this is the first time that we were welcomed personally by Bennett - the property manager who gave us a tour and answered our questions and concerns about the property. The furnitures, appliances/electronics, bed linens, kitchen equipments/utensils are good quality. The pool and spa was everyone's favorite to hang out and the temperature can easily be controlled with the Ipad. We will definitely highly recommend this property to our family and friends."
