Staff was great and helpful

Upon arrival I was informed there was no hot water as they had a leak in their system, however, they had a superior room that was unaffected by the leak and it was offered to me at no extra cost. I accepted the offer. The room was spacious and quiet. I liked it.

Rooms were very clean and very friendly staff.

The is was a comfortable and cosy hotel! I will definitely stay here again. Was quite lovely.

The room was very clean, roomy, and the staff were very helpful, especially Kelly who is always smiling 😃 and making us feeling so welcomed and comfortable and wanting to come again. Although we felt that between rooms there seemed not very well soundproofed comparing with some other similar hotels, but we still sleeped well for the 2 nights we stayed there. I would recommend it to friends.

Excellent experience!

Everything was perfect, the cleanliness was top notch. Beddings were every comfortable. All the accessories were in mint condition and new. Thank you for the hospitality. Keep up the standards.

Clean room and excellent service

All of the staff were friendly and kind, the rooms were very clean and the hotel was very quiet which was nice.

Highly recommend.

It is very close to Universal Studios and offers free parking. There is a 24-hour coffee machine, and bread is provided in the morning. The surrounding area is safe, with various restaurants nearby. In fact, it feels more like a motel than a hotel. However, overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I also appreciate the friendly and professional staff.

Great hotel. Awesome bed and pillows. Very clean.

The breakfast was superb….more choices than usual and close to a mall, restaurants and Universal Studios.
