"What an incredible experience! This resort is absolutely beautiful. The decor is amazing—every detail is thoughtfully designed, elegant, and luxurious. The cleanliness is impeccable, and you can truly see how much effort goes into keeping the entire property beautifully maintained. The staff deserves a special shout-out. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, professional, and respectful, always greeting you with a smile and making sure you were having a wonderful time. A special shout-out to Lamar, the entire pool bar crew, and the entertainment team. You all made our stay absolutely incredible! ❤️ One of my favorite things about this resort is that there is always something going on, no matter what day it is. There are activities throughout the day and amazing entertainment at night. The shows were spectacular, especially the Michael Jackson show—it was absolutely incredible! The entertainment really made our evenings so much fun. And of course, the food! Everything was authentic, flavorful, and delicious. There was such a great variety, and every meal was a pleasure. I 100% recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful, luxurious, clean, and fun place to stay. We had an amazing time, and I’m already planning when we can come back! ❤️🌴✨"

"The food wasn’t the greatest but there was alot of options to choose from. Some of the staff had horrible attitudes, but that ones that did not stood out the most and made my stay amazing. Over all it was not a bad experience and I would definitely go back"

"The computer system had a problem and we made a purchase in the gift shop and was charged 3 times. After some back and forth the front desk finally took off the extra charges. Other than that it was really nice. Could use some more entertainment though."

"Our stay was nothing short of amazing and truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making us feel right at home. The food was delicious, the entire property was beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean, and the pools were absolutely stunning. The breathtaking views made the experience even more memorable. Every aspect of our stay reflected great hospitality and attention to detail. "Everyone was engaging from the moment I set foot on the property. The security staff at the property entrance, the reservation staff, the restaurant staff, the room service staff, the lifeguards, the entertainment crew, and everyone I may have missed, were professional, courteous, positive, and friendly. Honestly, I hope they are well compensated!"
