It was raining during our stay and our rooms ceilings leaked. The reception was lovely. The maintenance crew came to our rooms, and changed out the ceiling panel. It rained again, and the ceiling leaked all over again. It was a temporary fix to an issue that requires a permanent solution.

Here is the positive before the negative. I give 3 out of 5 stars due to:
1. The staff was friendly
2. Was a quick check-in
3. The water was hot
4. The bed & pillows were comfort
5. TV, fridge, microwave worked
6. Ice maker worked.
Negative was the towels had stains on them,we had to ask for clean ones. The shower curtain had stains on them as well. The toilet seat was not secure. Needed fixing. The grounds need cleaning, the doors have pealing paint as well the rest of the building and stairs need paint.
The cost per room was very cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. If your staying a night in San Antonio and on a budget, this place would be fine for you.
Next time for me I will pay more for more cleanliness elsewhere.

The room wasn't clean. The floor was dirty and the tub was disgusting, had a soap ring and hair in it also soap bar from prior guest was left in the tub. The coffee packet from the prior guest wasn't thrown away.
