"We really were impressed with the staff. For years we have stayed at hotels at Pearson and I can honestly say that the staff are the best I've encountered. Also, the hotel is clean and modern. We were also impressed with the selection at the breakfast area. We had to leave on the shuttle at 6 and everything was set up at 530 when we arrived. Shuttle service was excellent! Well done!"

"The hotel restaurant was disappointing from a culinary perspective - the staff were great and the service was good. We had an unrequested wake up call at 0400, which was 2 hours before we wanted to get up. No explanation from the front desk as to why we get a wake up call that we didn't request - so that was a major annoyance."
