"This unit was perfect for the two of us and our small dog. The apartment is in the center of Boothbay Harbor with water views. I am used to supplying our own paper goods after the initial single roll of tp and paper towels at VRBO rentals. The owner supplied plenty of everything to make our stay perfect. I would definitely rent this unit again or refer to friends."

"The house was clean, well maintained, and tucked away in a quiet spot. You can walk to grab lunch and dinner from town, and to sightsee along the water. It is very central to most other villages and to Portland. We very much enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again. Thanks!"

"The rooms as set up with a variety of sitting areas which suited our party of 8 adults aged 65 to 84 very well. The house is stocked with any basics you might need, with cupboards labeled and inventory provided - the organisation is amazing. The heating system provided an even temperature throughout the house, which was very comfortable during a damp, cool early May. An attractive and comfortable home in the midst of historical Bath. Perfect."

"Had a lovely, quiet stay. The property is cozy and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and gigantic shower. It's a not-too-long walk to the Rockport harbor and the place is across the street from a deli/cafe."

"Can’t say enough great things about this lovely home! So clean, fresh and bright! The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was perfect for my older dad. The location couldn’t have been better. We easily walked all around town and the town is so great! Very quiet and so many places to eat and shop! Will most definitely be back and may even stay in the Barn!!"

"Cottage is rustic but clean in an amazing location. The view out to the boats moored in the water is one of a kind. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and it worked well for us -- good sharp knives was a plus. Being able to walk down the dock and get the freshest lobsters possible for an excellent price was the highlight of our stay. Free access to kayaks was another nice amenity -- lots of coast to explore. The house is a little quirky (uneven floors and bathroom door is really a curtain),...
