Camden-Rockport is an easy 20-minute drive, and Pen Bay Medical Center is approximately 10 minutes away. The property is also roughly midway between Portland and Bangor, both about 1.5 hours away. One of the nation’s most visited national parks, Acadia National Park, is about a 2-hour drive. Local amenities include beautiful beaches, scenic hiking trails, lighthouses, lakes, golf courses, skiing, art galleries, and of course—fresh Maine lobster. The Space Guests have access to a large front and side lawn. Please note that there is a two-unit apartment located behind the house, and the back lawn is not accessible to guests. The home features great natural lighting and easy accessibility. There is one step to enter the house. All main living areas—including the kitchen/dining area, living room, bathroom, and both bedrooms—are on the same level. The office is located just one step down from the main living space. The living room features a large picture window overlooking the front lawn and is furnished with new leather seating, including a leather pull-out sofa bed and matching loveseat. The space also includes a 55-inch 4K Smart TV with Roku. For added comfort, the home is equipped with a modern air purifier that automatically adjusts to maintain clean, fresh indoor air throughout your stay. Bedrooms & Amenities Primary bedroom: King-size bed and a 43-inch 4K Smart TV with Roku Second bedroom: Queen-size bed High-speed internet: 500 Mbps available throughout the house There is a small shared section of wall (approximately 10 feet) in the office that connects to the building behind the home. IMPORTANT – Directions If you are using Google Maps, it may take you to the wrong location—specifically 64 Old County Rd in Rockland, which is about 1.2 miles past the rental. Apple Maps does not appear to have this issue.
