« The lake and mountain views were worth the price alone. The Ryokan itself is very beautiful and traditional, the tatami and sliding paper doors made it feel like we had gone back in time. The onsen is nice and note that it is for separate male and female, so if you want to share the experience with family or partner you may not be able to. The restaurant was great with good service and meal options. The staff were so attentive and looked after us well. Small criticism was the room had a few...

"L hotel est tres beau, bien placé. Pour le check in, le personnel n'a pas ete tres disponible (check in a faire soi meme) et ne nous a pas orienté pour la chambre (il fallait changer de batiment) La chambre etait petite (difficile avec 2 valises) et sans placard. Changement de serviettes quotidien. Quartier animé donc 1 peu bruyant le week-end. Apres le check out, manque d accompagnement des receptionnistes pour nous aider pour le transfert des bagages vers la ville suivante."

"Chambre et salle de bain petites, ok pour une personne mais à deux c’est compliqué. Attention cet hôtel n’est pas tattoo friendly, donc pas de bain ni de piscine si vous ne pouvez pas les couvrir. Super propre, personnel très gentil et accessible, petit déjeuner complet avec un large choix salé et sucré, japonais /européen ou américain. Hôtel bien placé et facile d’accès en transport depuis Haneda. "
