Staffs were friendly, and facility was well-maintained and clean. Conveniently located by Kawagoe Station, it took only a few minute walk to the building. The room and bathroom were spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice bathtub; Seven Eleven, Tully’s Coffee, restaurants and shops are down stairs. Hotel entrance may be a little hard to find so I hope this helps: find the Seven Eleven at the second level of the building, where you will see elevators nearby, two of which directly go to the 7th floor where hotel entrance is, then open the door on your left.
