« Front desk staff were polite but slightl indifferent, with the exception of one very kind staff member- Tang. She was vmvery attentive and kind. The 7th floor spa and the restaurant's staff were the reason why I gave this place 5 stars instead of 4\. The entire restaurant staff made my stay delightful and warm. The food was simply but delightful. And there was one memorable elderly Japanese woman who made me feel just at home with her smiles and energetic conversation- despite not understanding...

« Nous avons chois cet hotel à Tokorozawa , en raison de sa situation non loin de la maison de notre fils qui réside au japon. C'est un hôtel très confortable et propre , une ambiance très sereine se dégage de cet hôtel. Le staff est adorable et a été aux petits soins avec nous. De plus, le personnel parle anglais. La douche est agréable et le design global est appréciable. Bonne literie. Enfin, le personnel est également très efficace et amical. L’emplacement dans la Kabukicho Tower offre des options de restauration sur place. Très léger hic sur le lobby qui pourrait etre repensé (l’accueil forme un ilot central qui tourne le dos aux clients entrants et sortants, et il y avait un peu de bazar dans ledit ilot). A réserver sans hésiter"
