#### Good, clean hotel. Not welcoming staff. 

My stay was very good. The staff were very professional. There is an issue though. When I arrived from Tokyo, I was 4 hours early. I presented my US passport to the clerk who immediately stated the check in time was at 4 pm. She was not welcoming nor did she offer a place for me to store my luggage. I had to leave the hotel and stand outside in 40 degree Fahrenheit weather in a country I was backpacking through. I was not offered any place to store my 50lbs back pack nor was i assisted to find a place to spend my time waiting. It was an utmost uncomfortable and unwelcoming situation. steps away from shin shirakawa bullet train stations and a short walk to aeon mall, 711,, unfortunately i could not get a non smoking room , i hope they ban smoking rooms indefinitely and jus have a designated area , clean airs for all 👍

客室が清潔でしたし、スタッフの方も感じが良かったです。次回もこちらでお世話になりたいです。朝食は早めに行ったほうがいいかも。３種類のパンのうち１種類がもうなくなっていて、食べられなかったのが残念😆

駅が近くて駐車場も豊富で、徒歩圏内に食事できるところもたくさんあって立地が良かった。スタッフの方も皆さん丁寧で、立体駐車場のおじさんも優しかった。

初めて利用しました。朝食の時テーブルが並んでいたので椅子に座って朝食時間になるまで待っていたら朝食係のおじさん2人のうち1人に場所取り辞めてくださいと言われました。ダメならどこかに書いてください。 他にもスマホ置いて場所取りしていたり新聞読んでる人も場所取りしていたのでちゃんと平等に注意してください。あと受付の女性2人のうち1人ポッチャリしてる方愛想悪いです。言い方もきついです。
