The Space: Our home is professionally managed by myself and @StayWithDave! You will have our entire 1200 sqft ground floor townhouse all to yourself. It is the bottom unit of a 2 unit duplex. Our unit is completely separate from the upstairs unit. Bedrooms and Bedding: Queen pillowtop bed in each of the 3 bedrooms. Both living room sofas convert to comfortable full size beds. There is also a twin memory foam rollaway bed (stored in the closet) to be used anywhere in the home. We also have a Pack N Play baby crib and baby high chair that attaches to any regular chair so that your baby can live like a local. There are plenty of extra sheets, linens, comforters & pillows. Each bedroom has Bluetooth speakers and a USB charging station. AC/Heat Each bedroom has a window mounted unit. There is central heat throughout the home. Ceiling fan in the living room. Parking: We have a compact car private garage. Garage width: 16 FT. Height is 8ft. Free overnight parking is also available on the streets in our neighborhood. There are signs posted about street sweeping on Mondays and Tuesday mornings. Televisions & Entertainment: 4 new Smart HDTV's that stream many network and cable channels with Youtube TV. WIFI Free WIFI is provided across the entire home. WIFI Speed: Upload 10 mbps: download 200 mbps. (speed will vary depending on number of devices connected to WIFI) Kitchen & Cooking: Full kitchen that comes with many large and small appliances stocked with many of the essentials. It's a townhome arrangements so a bit tight and garage not connected to the home. But that's alright. Location was close to Huntington Pier and Balboa fun. Beach access but not really for swimming. There was a TV in every room so my kids liked that, and modern glass furniture. The beds were doubles not queens. ##### Wegdan H. Nice beach location just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to Barone’s Italian restaurant. It is near near dog beach, biking trails, and cute shopping areas in Newport and Huntling Beach. Check in was a bit frustrating as we had to wait 40 minutes post the scheduled check in time to get settled in the unit as they were still cleaning up from the prior stay. ##### David W. The house was located at a very nice middle point between Huntington Beach, and Balboa. Contact with the host agency was really good. We also appreciated the beach accessories that were on site and the garage access. The only hang up was a check in 90 minutes past the check in time with some sleepy kiddos. We go down to Shaws Cove in Laguna because it is a very special place for us to remember our mom and dad. We had a wonderful time spending it as we always do. Your home was lovely there were a few minor things but they didn’t have an effect on our stay. There was a cockroach in one of the pans and I noticed a few baby ones in the bottom of the cabinet. The floors were pretty icky feeling and black, so I don’t think they have been mopped in a little While. A handful of the outlets didn’t work for charging or plugging anything in. ##### Jennifer O. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. House sleep plenty of people comfortably with a nice sitting patio out front. Walk to the beach was easy even while carrying items. This home is right across from the beach, and has a coffee shop, several restaurants, and a mini mart within very short walking distance. The location is perfect! The home was clean and had all the items we needed to enjoy our stay. Our interactions with the staff were polite and thorough, and we truly enjoyed our vacation. Our family had a wonderful time staying at Dave's property. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items, there was plenty of room, and there were beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys that we were able to utilize.
