"No knives, breakfast was terrible, toaster broken. Treadmill broke and ice machine broke. No communication about room service, had to ask for towels and room cleaning Breakfast server spoke Spanish to her headset the entire time with no consideration for patrons. Lastly I found 3 small black bugs on the “clean” bed. Front desk apologized but no mention to compensate. "

"While checking in I had to wait 45 mins just to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The first room we were assigned to had German roaches in the room and we had to get moved to the other side of the hotel after being offered to get moved right next door where we literally saw a German roach. I was disappointed in this property."

"The air didn’t work in the room. I told the front desk but nothing was done. The towels were so dirty, the bathroom had holes in the wall! "

"Great location and view of the river. The staff were also friendly. However, the beds were hard, and the bed comforter/blanket was thin and rough. There was also a musty smell in the room, due to the building's age. The window did not open, so that didn't help with the smell or air flow. There is a desk and chair in the room, but the height of the battered chair was so low, that you couldn't use it to sit at the table (it couldn't be adjusted, either). Plenty of parking and the location to the promenade and shops were excellent."
