« It's not the best but not the worst if you need somewhere to just stay a few days it was nice it was downtown gatlinburg. There was only 1 front desk person we had to wait about 40 mins at the front desk just to check in it was very hot and humid and when you called the number "for assistance" it just calls the front desk phone number so that was pointless. Breakfast was good again was like 1 worker doing everything but she kept up with it. »

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »

« We stayed in the newer part of the property. The building is very run down. Hallways and stairs are filthy. The room itself was clean for the most part except the bathroom was very rundown and needs upgrading. There was a large wet spot above the shower and you could hear something leaking onto it. It was gross. The toilet is slow to the ground your squatting. »

« We loved the hotel but had serious problems with accessibility. The rooms do not meet ADA standards. If you use a wheelchair or power chair it will be very difficult, or impossible, to use the bathroom. The manager was very helpful and staff great but the hotel needs refurbishment and upgrading to greatly improve access for people with disabilities. »

« Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il est assez proche du Parkway et nous y sommes allés à pieds. La chambre est très grande et donne sur la rivière. C’est calme et les lits sont confortables. Les parties communes mériteraient une rénovation. Le petit déjeuner est bien »

« Personal beim CheckIn sehr freundlich. Am Eingang wird auf renovierte Zimmer hingewiesen. Diese waren leider alle ausgebucht. Auf dem Hotelgelände genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Kosten nichts extra. Super angenehm, da Gatlinburg zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Man braucht daher kein Auto um Gatlinburg zu erkunden. Zimmer schon etwas älter. Aber alles sauber und ordentlich. »

« Staff was very friendly. Room smelled extremely musty. It did not have good ventilation. The jacuzzi tub was very slippery. It seemed as if it was cleaned but not rinsed after. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was very tiny and dated. The location was ideal. »

« You have to pay $15.00 per day for parking. The Breakfast was lousy, no pancakes, even though the sign was out every day. Their waffle bar was so crowded, you couldn't get there to make a waffle. Their complimentary drinks were abysmal, bottom shelf liquor with very little choice. Kids were running unchecked through hallways and in the pool destroying the tubes for the lazy river, young children, unsupervised in the hot tub. Very poorly managed property. Would never consider staying there...
