The room was small. One of the aueen size beds had full size sheets. We had to ask them to change it. The tub/shower had black stuff falling into it from the wall. The staff was unfriendly. They weren’t rude they just weren’t helpful and seemed like they’d rather not have to deal with customers. ...

Very nice hotel. The trolly allowed us to skip driving down to Gatlinburg. My only complaint was they had no coffee in the lobby. Sure they had coffee pots in the room but waking the family up at 5 am when I rise is no good.
