Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Show

We had a really nice stay at Laurel Point Resort! The room was clean for the most part. We did notice a few small hairs on the shower ceiling, but honestly it wasn’t a big issue for us. Check-in was very smooth, especially considering we arrived around 7:20 PM, about two hours after the normal check-in hours had ended. I really appreciated that we were still able to get into our room without any trouble, and we were able to complete the rest of the check-in process the following day. The Wi-Fi in the area did go down for a while during our stay, starting at night and lasting overnight into the following afternoon. However, the staff communicated with us well and let us know once it was working again. It wasn’t a major inconvenience since we were out and about for most of our stay anyway. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and really appreciated how helpful and communicative the staff were!

Very clean room. Comfortable beds. Got locked out once due to a door knob issue and front desk came up with me to make sure I could get in. Staff was all friendly. I would say if you like to go to bed early there’s a lot of street noise but if you’re up late it won’t matter. Couple eggs scrambled and 3 small pancakes for breakfast is a nice light start to the day.
