My family traveled by ourselves. A week later and I’m still having to call and try to get this resolved. The rooms look out dated and a little grungy. I checked out at 4:30 am and then go a message at 3pm asking if I needed to extend my stay. The tv continued to attempt to load due to poor signal so couldn’t watch tv and I called and asks for more pillows and blankets and they said sure, but never came with them so I slept uncomfortable all night. Not to mention the slide does NOT look stable.
