Central to all Smokeys locations and activities without breaking the bank. No frills, but the beds are ok, the water's hot and the water pressure is awesome. Easy in and out. If you're looking for pampering, this isn't the place for you. If you're just in your hotel to sleep, shower and go, this is a great place.

Friendly staff. Clean room. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the jetted tub. There was an elevator issue but when I mentioned it at check out they informed that someone had already notified them and a repairman was scheduled to come check it out the same day.

The bed was very comfortable. Lack of light made it hard to do anything, sheets were clean, sinks were falling apart, cabinets were falling apart, shower was falling apart, paint on the walls was peeling off, overall the general maintenance of the room was extremely poor.
