The two office personnel with whom I dealt, were very kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. "The hotel was in a great location. We hiked the Twin Creeks Trail the first day there which was just a short walk from the hotel. The hotel was just a short walk from the shops in downtown Gatlinburg but far enough to feel like you were away from the busyness of downtown. Also, great staff!"

"We stayed here while we were visiting the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. We arrived in the evening, after check-in time, so they left an envelope at the door with all the information to access our room. Everything was perfect and breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday mornings was amazing. We loved it."

"When we first pulled into the parking lot, the building looked older than in the pictures but don’t judge a book by its cover. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and informative. The room was updated, clean, quiet and had a balcony overlooking a stream which was beautiful and extremely peaceful. The hotel was off the main road in Downtown Gatlinburg but a short walk to all the restaurants, shops and attractions. Our stay was a memorable one, we would highly recommend this hotel and...

"Pool was nice! A bit of a walk but not bad for our family of 4 with teenagers! Super close to the town & Smoky Mountain National Park!! Best part we hiked all day looking for awesome animals & came back to the hotel to see a bear across the River!! It was Awesome!!"
