"The room was clean but very very small (think suitcases in bathroom for storage) Housekeeping only once in 4 days Breakfast good. Lifts chaotic at peak times but easy to avoid those periods Overall would be happy to use this hotel again Tip. At breakfast don’t miss the extras in the basement area like fresh waffles and fruits for yoghurts."

"You cannot beat the location of this hotel! It’s perfect home base. But be aware it is BASIC. There are literally zero amenities. It’s a place to crash, but you shouldn’t be in the room much in nyc anyway! And when you are, it should be clean and I can attest this hotel was very clean. This hotel is for when your budget is on a budget. But it was great for us and we would stay again."

"Junior and Armanda were exceptionally helpful and accommodating! After a fiscal with parking, Junior was able to rectify the issue and offered additional support for my daughters and I! Extraordinary view of the city and security was always around. Breakfast was delicious and not like a full service, but offered us just what we needed to start the day. Exceptional location real close to Time Square. We enjoyed everything about this location and the extremely helpful staff. Definitely a place to consider if you like somewhere close to Time Square, but not a lot of space in the rooms. Just enough room for 2 beds and the restroom. Amenities were very nice and useful. They even cleaned out room while we were out all day and did a great job!"
