I had to move from another location last minute and was very pleased when I arrived. The room was much nicer. My air conditioner was not working and I called at midnight, not knowing if anyone could fix it that night. But I was happily surprised that they were able to have someone take a look. To top it off…he was able to replace the entire ac unit for me in a very short amount of time. That was awesome!! Happy in my cool room again!!

We spent just one quick night at this hotel and we had a great experience. I'm sure this isn't the norm, but we arrived in the city several hours before check-in time and the front desk clerk sent us right up to our room, and there was no additional charge when we checked out. For a New York hotel, the room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Everything was clean and we got a very reasonable rate through Expedia. The hotel is ideally located near the Lincoln Tunnel and walking distance to the theater district but is very quiet. Not a bad thing to say about this Courtyard by Marriott!
