Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Valet service a bit pricey. Location was petfect. Centralto e erything and safe neighbourhood for Manhatten. Good variety of dining options. Would highly recommend.

This place is the best palce in the city. It is bear everything. I am happy for the service I recieved, especially from the check in host who let me check in early. If you book well ahead of your trip, you can get a good deal. It was worth every penny. I will be staying there again for sure.

I had a corner room away from everything and I wasn’t bothered by the usual slamming of hotel Room doors at all hours

Didn’t like - the hotel had main doors to the lobby propped open all day and early evening to accommodate the flow of traffic entering and exiting the hotel. The lobby smelled of marijuana and cigarette smoke at all times due to the people standing out in front of the hotel smoking. It was unbelievable that the hotel staff just stood there and watched. The smoking receptacles were placed within one foot of the wide open doors prompting people that choose to smoke to stand there and smoke. When we waited for a taxi out front of the hotel, our clothes absorbed the smell. Terrible. Last couple of days of our trip we opted to walk a block and then catch a cab. If smoke bothers you, I recommend you find an alternative. We wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
