It has great access to the Theater District and Times Square. The furnishings in the room are dated and some things like the reading lights on the beds were unusable because the goosenecks were broken. The staff was very helpful with all our questions. Lots of outside construction made the hotel hard to access.

Hotel is in a great location. Lobby was nice. People working there were friendly, but not super attentative. Rooms were very old and dirty for a 4star hotel. Cleanliness like the beds etc were fine, but v dusty and corners of room not clean, moldy bath tubs. Checkin and checkout was strange - didn’t get basic info like checkout time. Not even sure how much I was charged for the 2 rooms as they didn’t want to settle the bill - assuming it’s the amount Expedia told me when I booked the room. Great if you want to over pay for a 3star hotel in a fantastic location
