Appalling service - customer service is non existent at the front desk. Checked into a room that was covered in thick dust, no working fridge, leaking bathroom sink as in floor was covered in water when the sink was turned on. Moved room the next day. Room still covered in dust, and no working air conditioner for 2 days. Promised a room move and then later told they were sold out. The communication between departments was extremely poorly. Hospitality is about superior customer service - that doesn’t exist at this place. We left early due to the discomfort that came with no AC and the lack of communication OR consideration. No plans of returning or referring. Only shout out is to Miss Angela in housekeeping - most amazing personality with our little family, and the best thing the hotel has to offer. Too bad she probably doesn’t get enough accolades or recognition. Do better Lexington!

I arrived at the hotel at 4 PM and was told that the room was not ready. Luckily, my friends were staying in another hotel just a few blocks away so I didn’t really mind it. But the problem occurred when I came back at 9PM and I still couldn’t get into my room, without any explanation. I was offered to wait at the bar and have a drink for $35, also no one ever mentioned that the $35 I already paid in resort fee and was anyways told I could spend for a drink at the bar or breakfast. I understand that things sometimes happen, but what made me mad is not being given any explanation why is the room not ready until 10PM, nor compensation from the hotel for the inconvenience.
