Looks more like a 2 star but the staff was very friendly and helpful. My room had a sort of...hole (?) in the wall that looked like a result of someone punching it. The tables were scuffed and the bedsheets had permanent stains on it, even when I requested a new set of sheets. Not bad, but nothing special. Good for a quick stay.

An old but very dirty place to live in! We’ve seen cockroaches in the bed-room, dirt under the beds, on the walls and all over the doors. Also broken door locks. The first thing we noticed when we entered the room was the bad smell that turned out to be from the fridge where a rotten piece of cake with other things sitting there from previous clients. The phone was not working when we asked for a housekeeper to come check it out. The receptionist told us later that no housekeeper for the night and he apologized. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We decided to pay the extra $50 to check in early. She offered us an upgrade where we only paid $20 for early check in and we got upgraded to a queen bedroom, which was great. But when we got to our room, we noticed that it was only a full size bed. I called the front desk to address this issue since we did get an upgrade. The lady at the front desk was a little aggressive assuring me that it was a queen size bed even though I knew she was completely wrong. She sent a lady up there to check it out for us and we got moved to the room next door. However, we then realized the AC unit was not working, which was a big issue for us since we were staying there for 4 nights. I called the front desk and asked very nicely if we could have someone come and check out the AC unit, I even apologized for bothering them a second time. The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude stating that it wasn’t their problem and if we had an issue with it we should move back to our old room. Absolutely terrible customer service from that lady! We decided to bite the bullet and move back however we still had many issues throughout our stay. There was mold in the shower. Pillows were rock solid and uncomfortable. Housekeeping starts knocking every morning at 8-9 am and will continuously come back and knock 2-3 more times, even after you tell them no. Also, housekeeping would fight with each other LOUDLY every morning, which is very unprofessional.
