Since the property inside manhattan it’s quite crowded for elevator access. Though the booking on Expedia says high floor city view for 2 queen bed room there is nothing much to see even you get a city view as it just sees adjacent buildings . As per front desk premium suites only have best view. I recommend taking lower level to reduce wait times for elevator on weekends.

The hotel was lovely and had a very upkept look about it. What I particularly liked about it was the area it was in as it was close to almost everything that we wanted to visit: Broadway shows, restaurants, subway entrances, shopping spots. We were able to walk to Central Park from the hotel and because everything was in close proximity it was nice. The staff were okay, some of them lovely to talk to, but to due the business of the hotel and the amount of visitors staying, we found it took a bit longer to request for things. I would say the room was quite small but it was good enough for my partner and I as it was only the two of us. Something that did strike me the wrong way was that we thought that because we had a room anyways, wifi was going to be free but it wasn’t. It was charged daily. We didn’t want to make any more expenses so we just had to use our data. Otherwise, great hotel.

It was a great stay, our room was cleaned every day and we stayed for 3 days! Hallways are quiet for the most part. At first it felt like the air wasn’t cooling, but it got cold at night which led to some great rest!

The hotel over charged me more than $50 from a restaurant which I did not dine in. I talked to the front desk, who asked me to dispute the charge with the restaurant directly. The restaurant manager is only onsite after 8am. Unfortunately, I have to check out before 8am. I left a note to the restaurant manager. I have not received a call back. I called customer service of the hotel and left a message. Nobody returned my call. My frustration is that there is no way I can talk to anyone in the hotel can address the issue.

This is a conveniently located hotel for all things Manhattan. Theater, dining, shopping, and Central Park are all withing walking distance. We easily took the subway for things a bit further away The beds were very comfy, the water pressure in the shower was great, and it was quiet. For a large hotel, the elevator service was fast. I would stay here again.
