Updated modern looking. But the door to the restroom provided zero privacy. We left to use gym facility restrooms. The cold water in sink was a trickle. When we arrived the toilet didn’t work but they repaired it same day.

Double Tree Hilton, was very clean and convenient location to St. Patrick's Cathedral. Discounted parking was great deal! However mid-town has gone down tremendously, quite dirty, and stink of urine & weed. Only go into NYC when absolutely necessary - its turning into a cesspool.

Hotel was close to everything-Radio Music Hall, Central Park, Times Square, NBC, etc. Staff were extremely helpful regardless of time of day. Rooms were small yet modern with comfortable beds, furniture to do work, and the best view! The added Doubletree cookie and two bottles of water were added pluses! Will definitely come back!

I got in a quarter to 3 pm and rooms not ready I have like 5 or 5 bags with me. They even a proper holding area for our belongings. Then next day I have room service opening my door at 9:30 am I’m like excuse me can you guys wait till I check out. What kind of crap is this,the worker tells me they ask her to go around and check who is still in their rooms. 👎
