"Our condo was one of the best we've had anywhere & we've been to almost all southern beaches. We were there for a family wedding, and were so pleased with the Avalon. Having chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. that we could check out at the desk was a real plus. The parking garage had plenty of spaces for us. The Avalon was in walking distance of restaurants, beach shops & other stores plus there was the trolley. The only problem: we typically do a bit of cooking. The kitchen was VERY poorly...

"Walking in, you feel like your at home, cozy and warm feeling with beach vibes, beautifully decorated... Outside view is mind blowing and location is perfect... Perfect Waterview with fun atmosphere, looking forward to coming back again."

"Clearwater Beach and The JW Marriott was awesome from the time we arrived until we left. The hospitality, location and views are amazing, along with the amazing suite we had, the pool and beach area. Everything you would need (groceries, stores, restaurants and ice cream) is within walking distance. The family loved it and will be back."

"I love love love this place!! I was with five teens and pre-teens and they loved it. It was an easy check-in, the front desk personnel are awesome, parking was great and the rooms were clean and spacious. The view was amazing. I loved the fact that the beach was so close. The beach chairs, towels and umbrella that they provided was way convenient. We didn't use the kitchen, we ate at the local restaurants, which for the most part was in walking distance. Pier 60 was super close too."

"They had everything we could have needed, the apartment complex was gorgeous and the pool was very nice. The condo was clean and well organized and extremely well equipped, we didn’t run into any issues."

"Four of us stayed for a ladies weekend and it was almost perfect! Proximity to the beach, overall cleanliness and very friendly helpful staff made this a great, relaxing weekend for all of us. If I have any negatives, it would the bed and linen quality; both could be a little better. Still a wonderful stay and being able to tent the golf cart for a day to go sightseeing was an absolute joy!"

The property was very spacious and met all of our needs!"

"We were there less than 24 hours, so didn't get to take advantage of ask the amenities. The property was lovely and generally well- maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our unit had full beach and gulf views with a large balcony. My only suggestion would be to put more comfortable seating with adjustable heights on the balcony. We had hoped to sit out and enjoy a sunset, but the furniture provided was not comfortable and the height (for me) put only the handrail straight in my line...

"We have stayed at this property, this condo and another in this building, four times. We truly enjoy the location. It's quiet and there isn't much foot traffic and the beach is right outside the pool gate. My only negative comment would be that the bed isn't very comfortable, but it is a king-size which is perfect for two. This condo is very clean, and everything you would need is available. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!"

"The property was as listed. It was a renovated condo with a nice view of the Gulf. The host was responsive when we had an issue. The bathroom was dirty behind the door, but otherwise the condo was clean and well stocked. The only negative was a light right outside the bedroom window that shines all night through the blind and room darkening curtains, which is an issue if you like it dark."
