The “front desk” is essentially a hole in a window, and the man working there was incredibly rude and completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, I found a cockroach in the room, absolutely unacceptable. When I raised concerns, there was zero urgency or care shown. Getting a refund turned into another frustrating ordeal that dragged on for days. Between the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and overall disregard for guests, I would strongly recommend staying anywhere else."
