Rooms are nice, clean and the balcony's are my favorite and worth the upgrade." Our room was roomy, comfortable and uncluttered. Never had to wait long for the elevators. The courtyard pool area was nice and well-cared for. We ate a delicious breakfast at the properties' restaurant. The concierge was more than willing to provide some recommendations. Location on Bourbon St was convenient for walking to destinations in the quarter and beyond and enjoyed seeing iconic St Louis Cathedral from the front door of the hotel. In the room I liked the wood floor with rug under the bed and loveseat at the foot of the bed in front of the TV. Our shower hot water did take a while to arrive but no problems after the wait.
