"We found the bed and pillows to be uncomfortable. The room was clean and looked as good as the pictures on the website. You are downtown so outside noise can be heard from the 6th floor. Most of the car noise ended around midnight."

"Room was clean, staff was nice, breakfast was good. However it’s advertised as having a pool and hot tub. It has 1 room with a big bathtub and a seasonal outdoor pool. Before booking this is not made clear, then we were not allowed to cancel or change. Forced to stay due to no refund instead of finding somewhere the kids could actually enjoy. The front desk just said “oh yeah, we need to change that”. Properly advertising the amenities and not giving people the ability to change reservations when the deception is disclosed. I won’t book through this app again my only filters were pool and hot tub. We ended up with neither and very unhappy travel party."

"Updated hotel with a great design. Pool was not heated, but was used anyway. Helpful and accommodating staff- the train cars were a fun twist!"

"Convenient location . Clean rooms. One major issue was that an elevator was under repair(per other reviews seems like this has been an issue for a while ). It took forever to get in/ out on the single working elevator. Parking is around the corner and is paid ( $18+tax), not very convenient if you are traveling with luggage "

"Hotel was clean and very pet friendly. As soon as you enter, you'll see water bowls for your pup and out back there is a fenced in dog park area. It is a large.space for your dog to run and play. That was awesome to see!! We only stayed one night on our way through Chatanooga. Hotel bed was comfortable, which was great after our last hotel that had extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows (a different hotel chain, not this hotel or brand) We didnt go down for breakfast, the hotel was clean. As far as location, it is very close to the highway and didnt seem to have anything close by other than a gas station. It wasn't far from downtown by car. Very happy with our stay here "
