There is so much space for large groups whether you want to relax indoors or hang out outdoors on the playground, volleyball court or putting green. The hot tub was also a popular spot as well! The kids loved the loft and we all congregated there at night to play pool. The kitchen is well equipped with a big fridge, 2 microwaves, a huge stove and lots and lots of counter space. I loved the quick responses when I had questions before and during my stay…the communication was outstanding. This property fit the bill perfectly. We had 15 adults with plenty of space. With ages ranging from 22 to 82, everyone had their place. The large deck overlooking the beautiful property, mountain breezes aplenty, takes melts your stresses and cares away. You could not ask for a better spot for a large group. There are no negative surprises. The property is as beautiful as it looks, literally everywhere you look. It’s about a 45 minute drive to a grocery store and local attractions. The drive is also beautiful, mountain switchbacks and all. The place could use some TLC, but the owner seems like the type that will address these things. Incredibly spacious, clean, well stocked, private and quiet, and lots of options to keep everyone entertained. Everything was as advertised, and communication with the hosts was quick, clear, and friendly. The only small concern we had during our time was the ladders up to the loft beds were very steep and a little scary for those scared of heights. But it was a minor issue. We loved the outside playground and equipment for the kids in the group, and were very happy with the crib available for our infant! The home had more than ample space even for our large group of 14 people. Everyone had their own private space. Our kids and grandkids enjoyed the outdoor activities. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but nothing actually got in the way of enjoying the space. It flooded in Chattanooga our first night there, but we were safe on higher ground up on the mountain. To be such a secluded oasis, it still was not that far to get to whatever we needed, whether it was stores or attractions. Less than 30 minutes to anything you could want. Communication was very timely. The house, however, was not very clean and the master toilet was not working. They sent someone that day to replace the entire unit which was fantastic. Our college lacrosse team of 20 stayed at this property for a week while on a spring break trip to play two games in Tennessee. The house was wonderful for our group - spacious bedrooms, living rooms, and kitchen space. It was great for the whole team to be able to fit into the living room to meet, watch film, etc. Communication was excellent and check in/out were easy.
