We had 8 people staying, and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. This is definitely not a house for anyone with mobility issues because it is a split-level with bedrooms up and down stairs. The living room had a nice TV, but there was limited seating. We brought chairs in from the sun porch and made it work. It is a home in the woods, so be aware of woodland creatures/insects when booking. While we stayed we saw a couple of mice, which isn't unusual for the time of year. We've grown up in the country all our lives, and we understand that sometimes things get in the house. However, make sure you check all of the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen because we saw mouse droppings in the drawers. We brought disposable plates and silverware so we wouldn't have to wash a ton of dishes, but we washed all of the pots and pans before we used them. We kept them in the dishwasher so no mice could get on them. ##### Anna D. Now, you do have to turn and hike down levels once you reach the end of the steps, but there is a great rock ledge. We navigated down with kayaks, fishing poles and a paddle board, and a 5 and 2 year old!!! But once we got to the water, it was incredible!
