"We were delighted to find that the property had received an upgrade in amenities since the pictures we saw. It's quite large and spacious, even our group of 11 felt comfortable. Lots of fun to be had in the arcade, and the hot tub and sauna are a nice bonus. Easy walk to the beach, lots of nice outdoor views nearby. Easy house rules, great experience overall."

"The property was ok, fairly easy access to the beach. One bedroom had giant windows overlooking the main path of the property and did not have curtains. It was nice to be able to have our dog though and no huge fee for him to be with us. It was a perfect spot for our families long weekend"

"This adorable cottage overlooking the ocean is a tiny Lincoln City beach paradise. The property is clean and the garden is beautiful. We just left the screen door opened and listen to and watched the waves (when it was raining) and it was magical! A great relaxing weekend!"

"The house was spotless when we arrived. Kitchen very clean and had everything we needed for a couple simple meals. Wifi was a bit finicky- sometimes I could log in and sometimes not. Ocean view from one window in front sitting room. Long walk to any ocean beach for walking."

"I rented this home to spend time with my daughter and teenage grandchildren. It had everything we needed plus games, and a easy walk to the beach and stores! We hand an enjoyable time and would rent it again! Quiet and easy!"

"Wonderful view of the bay. Beds comfortable and lots of sleeping areas. Beautiful view from upstairs room. Great views from living room. The hot tub location is awesome the tree kind of blocks the winds. There are a few cosmetic things that need fixed. The path to front door needs to be straightened and the landscape pruned back.And the front porch stairs need another rail also. There are 2 of the kitchen chairs that are broken. The wicker outdoor furniture was so broken that it wasn't usable....

I took the kids for a few days as we were in town for college graduation in Salem and this place did not disappoint. We were so close to everything and with this being the first time my younger children and myself went anywhere but where we lived we found a ton of things to do. "Pros: Right on the beach! Amazing view! Nice open concept living area! Plenty of room! Exactly what you would expect from a beach house! Every kitchen item you would need! One of many houses available in this gated community, private! Beach fire allowed on the lower beach (at time of visit). Cons: House could use some love. "Your place is absolutely perfect. I did not want to leave. In fact I thought we had booked through Friday. I was heartbroken when I realized we had to leave today. It was beautiful, spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything you could ever want. We will definitely be back. Our only negative is we didn’t see any whales. ☹️. "We rented the home with modest expectations. The property absolutely over performed and exceeded all expectations. The home is much nicer and newer than a standard weathered coast home with four bedrooms and a nice, well outfitted kitchen. The garage was retrofitted into an activity room. The hot tub and expansive space behind the home was a hit! The 6 minute walk to the beach was well worth it considering all this great home has to offer. Will rent again!"
